JRENUM®'s Inventors
Mister Berend de Boer, Eindhoven, former chief engineer and manager of Messrs. Philips and Miss Ruth Poissenot, Basel, a qualified acoustician with technical education, conceived together a hearing protector, which is effective and pleasant to wear. Their work has been successful for many years in every respect: the hearing protector JRENUM derived from the ancient Greek word IRINI (peace). (Formerly known as Silenum).
The Concept
Production and distribution of an effective and individually adjusted hearing protector, which can be worn comfortably in noisy workplaces and during sports and leisure activities, for as long as one likes.
JRENUM®'s Specialities
The hearing protector JRENUM absorbs straining frequencies and harmful loudness and makes communication in noisy surroundings easier, and therefore works very selectively. A variety of filters provide optimal protection for a variety of occupations as well as for sports and leisure activities (think of the enormous noise level in factories, workshops and airports, for shooting and motor sports).
JRENUM can easily be worn all day long - on the basis of exactly fitted impressions we adjust two ear-pieces to the wearers anatomy, which cause no pressure, seal perfectly and yet allow the filters to compensate the pressure.
